Justin Becker - President
Justin Becker has worked in the construction industry for the past 23 years. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, the emphasis in Management was a recognizable fit when it came to his first employer out of college needing an individual to manage a newly acquired business. Previously employed by a special systems contractor, Justin’s experience in the Low-Voltage Special Systems industry began in August of 1998. With the newly acquired company only being purchased by its parent company in March of 1998, it was a learning experience for both Justin and the company’s new owners. Throughout the years Justin held many positions and has worked in all areas of the business from managing budgets, performing estimates, securing and promoting relationships with manufactures, capturing market share, and fortifying continued relationships with customers. Even field work when project deadlines needed to be met. He has extensive experience in design and code compliance knowledge for life safety systems as well as other critical communication systems. Justin has acquired a passion for business development and customer relations in this industry for twenty-three years that he wishes to carry forward with High Tech Solutions-Systems Group, Inc.
Mike Ard – Vice President
Mike Ard has worked in the Low Voltage Special Systems industry since 2004. Starting as a Field Technician, Mike earned Senior Technician status with two fire alarm contractors prior to entering into the management side of the special systems business. During his service with his previous employer, Mike excelled in his positions of Service Manager and Project Manager. Mike was accountable for problem solving and communicating situations with customers as a Service Manager and displaying significant skills in prioritizing, coordinating, and managing project lifecycles from inception to completion as a Project Manager. As an overseer of both service and projects, Mike is fully responsible for understanding project scopes, estimating, submitting bids and change orders, securing and executing contracts, allocating/scheduling manpower, overseeing installation and troubleshooting, and providing customer support. Mike has widespread knowledge in multiple manufacturer’s equipment and numerous systems which other special system contractors install. Mike has been licensed with the State of Montana since 2004 for Fire Protection and Special Hazard and achieved and carries his certification for his National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in Fire Alarm Systems. Along with fire systems, Mike has been trained by several manufacturers including systems for CCTV, Intercom, Security, and Access Control. Mike’s eagerness to satisfy customers and manage premium installations is paramount and welcomed here at High Tech Solutions-Systems Group, Inc.
