High Tech Solutions has partnered with AvantGuard and Security Partners as our UL Listed Central Station Monitoring solutions. Both companies offer exceptional service to our customers and High Tech Solutions. We offer monitoring solutions over; traditional telephone lines (normally referred to as “POTS” or “Analog” lines), internet or IP, and also cellular.

AvantGuard operates two central station alarm monitoring centers located in Ogden, Utah and Rexburg, Idaho which are fully redundant, UL Listed, and separated geographically to ensure uninterrupted service to companies such as High Tech Solutions for our customers monitoring needs. This 100% redundancy between the two facilities includes; data, receivers, and telephones which uses redundant wide area paths using MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) and site to site virtual private network technologies to link the two facilities together.
Security Partners operates three central station alarm monitoring centers located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, San Antonio, Texas, and Anaheim, California which are fully redundant. Security Partners has achieved high benchmarks such as UL and FM Listings and also the CSAA Five Diamond certification which provide them recognition that they have the infrastructure and redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service to companies such as High Tech Solutions for our customers monitoring needs.
